For those long time readers of my blog, you may recall a blog I wrote this time last year about Personal planners. (click here to read my post)
For the first time ever I had a planner that I used for the whole year. I didn’t lose it, I didn’t forget to write things in it, and it was fantastic for jotting down blog ideas in.
So when it came around to this year, it was obvious where I would be heading to get my new planner. Personal planners have even more to offer this time around than last. More options and extras, and believe me, I love a good extra!
Whilst I could have chosen any one of a number of preset front covers, I knew exactly what picture I wanted to have on mine.
Taken during a charity calendar photo shoot, I fell in love with an image the amazing Peter at Beck photographic had taken. Pure Hollywood glamour, I knew it would make the perfect looking planner for me.
I opted to stick to a grey and black theme, with a hint of pale blue on the inside pages. Opting for grey accessories including the elastic closure and ruler, I kept it very simple and classic.
In the back of the planner there is a section where you can choose the pages you want. I opted for a few differences this year; I still chose a lot of lined pages, but added maps and a full year review.
My plan with the maps are to record everywhere I have travelled and places that are still on my bucket list.
I made all my choices, uploaded my photographs and added it to my basket. Popping a turquoise erasable gel pen onto my order. I clicked and paid.
I just needed to be patient and wait for its arrival.
A week later a green padded envelope landed on my doorstep. It was Here!!
Opening the package I was as delighted as when I opened my previous order. The design looked great and the print was outstanding.
The classy front cover really blew me away, the quality really was so fine. I was so glad that I had opted to stick with neutral accessories and attachments.
The pen was a fabulous purchase too! I genuinely didn’t know you could get erasable gel pens, but this one has been a god-send. I immediately started using the planner and wrote some blog post dates and ideas in the back, then realised I had messed the dates up. Two seconds later and they were erased!
I really am over the moon with my planner again, and it is already filling up with events and functions. If you are looking for a customisable planner, you really need to get yourself to Personal Planners!
