Love it or hate it, the fact that it is only just over four weeks until Christmas means some of you are sitting calmly and comfortable, munching on a mince pie, safe in the fact that your presents are bought, wrapped, labelled and your cards are written and stamped, ready for posting.

However if you are like me you will be pulling your hair out, run out of wrapping paper and finding sellotape stuck to every part of you.

Well, I wish I could say that. However I am so behind this year that I have yet to buy even a single present!

This means I have gone into a literal meltdown.

Basically it is a bit like a big lottery scratchcard, but there is no money to win. You get a coin and scratch off the top layer of a Country you have been to. Underneath are bright colours and you can show everyone exactly how well travelled you are.

Now, I love a good afternoon tea. Cakes and champagne,  or varied types of tea appeal to me greatly and I have been lucky to try out quite a few establishments including Sketch and Claridges in London

However an afternoon tea with a difference is this one from Virgin experience days.  

Cream cakes and cocktails at Mr Foggs Gin Parlour for two people is something I would love to try!

I have been aware of The Biscuiteers brand for a little while now and am always in awe of their creations. You can get the most perfect iced biscuits in everything from a gin bottle to a first aid kit to Beatrix Potter characters.
