In the past few years I have spent time doing a ‘wishlist’ post of all the things I have seen that I would love to be the owner of. It may be a handbag, or a hair flower, or even another new pair of glasses.
Mainly I do this so that my family have some idea of what to get me, rather than random things I don’t particularly want or need.
I have talked about the amazing Bumblebee dress from Unique Vintage and purchased it in a recent sale. Now I just need the accessories.
I have already found a bee shaped bag and now I need jewellery to go with it.
This honeypot brooch is just perfect.
And I absolutely love these elegant bee earrings and under £7 is a great bargain.
Of course a girl needs a handbag and this one is just perfect; either yellow or blue!
Next I need a pair of Peggy glasses from Retropeepers in my life. The only decision is to go with with either green, red, purple or my favourite, Midnight blue. Decisions, Decisions.
Thirdly I need some more Rocket shoes. Specifically these – the Thelma in red
or the Doris in white
I recently had some wireless earbuds which were amazing especially as a hands free kit due to travelling with work an awful lot. Sadly I lost one due to rushing around and not putting it away in it’s container and it fell out of my pocket. Since they were so good, I definitely need a new pair.
I have chosen this pair as the originals I had were out of stock and these were a nicer colour. Yeah, typical girl!
If you are a regular follower you will know I idolise my boy, Theodore the Chow Chow. Well, I have found a couple of products that I absolutely adore and these are high on my list of present.
Firstly this wonderful poster (which I would frame) I just love the colours and it has a distinct resemblance to my boy. The office certainly would be brighter for it.
My next choice has divided my family.
They think I have lost the plot and need to get help. I think it is amazing.
Basically you send a photo of your pet and the company paints them but in an Renaissance style.
Just imagine…
An Admiral, Emperor or even a Savant.
Although Theodore is clearly a boy, I have to say I am quite partial to The Duchess too.
I am also a fan of activities and events. There is nothing more I love than getting tickets to a performance or concert that may be a few months down the line. I love the whole anticipation of waiting for the event; getting ready and planning the whole thing out.
The thing I need the most though is a ticket for my favourite Vintage event, Twinwood which takes place over the Bank Holiday weekend at the end of August. Last year was a roaring success with all the family(Mum, Hubby, Sister and Little Chick) coming for the first time, along with some special friends including my Blogger wifey, Boo, Maxine and Gary.
Over the past few years attending, I have met some wonderful lasting friends including Beverley and her daughter, Lynda and Dean, The Trees, Lucy Stanton, Melody Appleby and the exquisite Leanda to name a few.
I had purchased tickets at Christmas for the hubby and Little Chick but couldn’t afford to do mine at the time so have left it till a little too close for my liking.
I am however hoping to get the girls and other family members to club together to pay for my weekend ticket.
Fingers Crossed.
Till next time,
