Last year I wrote about a huge haul of shoes that I got from Lulu Hun in a massive sale via Collectif.
I managed to get around 15 pairs of shoes for an absolute pittance as they were 50% off and I also had a 50% off voucher at the same time, which made every pair less than £12 each.
As the offer was too good to miss out on, I even doubled up on some of the standard styles as black vintage style shoes are never going to go out of fashion.
Of course, the summer came around and I happened to be wilfing around on the internet when I spotted a Sale on Lulu Hun.
Well, it would have been stupid not to have a look, right?
Of course I ended up spending a little bit of time (and money) but got some amazing bargains again.
So, what exactly did I buy?
Well a mix of Winter boots and Summer Sandals!
Last time I got a pair of yellow and a pair of brown sandals which I have worn all over the country and different events.
I was therefore super happy to spot the same style sandals in a pea green colour.
The Lily wedge was previously priced at £44.99, which makes them a real bargain at £22.49.
I ordered these in a size 4 as I found the size 5s a tiny little bit loose, which is not a problem in the aspect that I can tighten the strap up.
The size 4’s are a little snug however they will stretch somewhat and will be a perfect fit.
My second pair were chosen due to them matching an outfit I already have. The Georgia block heel in green and white are a sensible shoe, with a smaller heel yet still are stylish.
I love spectator style shoes and these are really girly and will go with a green double-breasted dress I bought a few months ago.
These are a great price, just £14.99 down from £44.99.
A HUGE saving!
My next pair are a set I again bought for a specific dress. If you read me regularly, you will have seen a blog about a cream check dress from Miss Candyfloss.
If you want to see the review, you can find it here
The shoes I ordered were called Agnes and are a stylish ‘bootee’ type shoe in cream and brown.
Featuring a lace up front, the brown alligator style material is a real classic and I have to say exceedingly comfortable to wear.
Reduced from £48.99 to just £24.50, these shoes are also available in a black/brown combination, which are also half price.
My final pair of shoes are another spectator style, this time in a traditional black and white.
Styled as a Mary Jane with a block heel, the black sections are matte and the white is patent leather. A real contrast, and one that works so very well.
The Wednesday Shoe was also half price, down to just £27.50.
Now, these are not a style of shoe I would normally go for, however I have a fabulous pair of black pinstrip wide leg trousers which are a little long for me, so I am hoping the platform and chunky heel will help stop the trousers dragging on the floor.
The last two pairs of footwear are actually ankle boots.
First up is the Tosca Boot.
Featuring a little curved Louis heel, the main body of the boot is black however has two white side panels.
The boots feature a lace up front with curved edges and have a really distinctive style.
I intend to wear these in the Autumn/Winter with a variety of outfits as they are pretty neutral.
When you add into the equation the fact that the boots are down from £58.99 to £29.49 which is an unbelievable price for such a high quality pair of boots.
The versatility is excellent and these will look just as good with a pair of jeans OR a pretty little dress.
The final pair were my actual favourite pair of them all.
Again they feature a Louis heel, but this time the ankle/calf section goes a lot higher up. The lace up sections heads up into three sets of hooked eyelets that you wind the laces round and enable you to pull them tighter, quicker.
The boots have a lovely pointed front which give a classy, feminine, yet sexy style to them. The Sabrina Boot is perhaps the best bargain of the lot too!
Down from £65.00 to just £19.99 and available in both red or black, I have to say I am quite tempted to order a pair in black, they are JUST that good.
All of the shoes I have highlighted here are available on either the Lulu Hun website or the Collectif website, go have a look at both and see what is available in your style.
Oh and some of the shoe have matching bags….
Just saying.
Till next time,
