This year has been a tricky one for me. Huge personal and professional difficulties have been coupled with health issues mean that things have not gone to plan.
I have Bali blogs, Croatia, London, Christmas outfits, special purchases and more to share with you, including my opinion on travelling around in a wheelchair, especially in foreign climes.
Bali Babe
All of those have been put on hold due to the fact that I haven’t been able to get any time at the laptop since the end of October.
In fact, I bought my Christmas tree on the 3rd of December and it didn’t get so much as a set of lights or a bauble on it until Thursday 21st. How sad to have a bare 7ft real tree in your living room yet no time (or inclination) to do anything with it.
Finally Decorated
Couple that with working full time, having to buy all the presents and wrap them in order to make it a good Christmas for my Uncles and the days have just flown by.
Thankfully it will all be over soon.
Christmas Babe
The presents will be opened, the food will be consumed and naps will be needed.
But in order to be both sensible AND kind to myself, I am going to give my blog a rest. Not a long one, but over the Christmas period I am not going to post BUT I will be writing.
Christmassy Croatia
My plan is to write as many issues as I can so I am then able to share them over the coming weeks to get ahead. That way I will always have something in hand and not panic that I haven’t been able to get much writing done.
So for now, I wish you all the best of the seasons greetings. May your sacks be filled with lots of goodies, but more importantly, you and your families are healthy and happy over the Festive period.
