This is not a post I ever thought I would write, and I am not sure there will be anyone left to read it!
Straight and Sleek
After 11 years of blogging, things have changed a great deal.
Gone are the collaborations with companies. Gone is the plus size community. Gone is the readership that used to snap up blogs.
All Natural
Now the plus size companies barely interact. The shops have disappeared from the high street, for most part and everyone has moved to Tik Tok and vlogging.
For me, I love the process of writing.
Totally Tropical
I have said before, writing helps with my mental health. It also helps my capture events and adventures which I look back upon with pride and delight.
Never have I been bothered about how many people read my writing; it wasn’t about numbers for me.
With the Bestie, Boo
It was the physical act of putting myself out there, good and bad.
There were so many adventures, travels and looks that I enjoyed sharing and recommending.
Rolls not Holes
And then at the beginning of the year this all stopped.
This was for two reasons. Well, three really.
SingSpace Style
Firstly the death of my Uncle who I was guardian for completely rocked my World.
It was sudden, unexpected and broke my heart.

Secondly, there were some issues at work which meant I wasn’t able to write for a period of time.
Thirdly, I had a complete breakdown.
At The Earl
Now, I am not going to go into all the details of what happened, in this post, however I may talk about them in more detail on individual posts.
But enough time had passed since my last post that some sort of explanation for my absence was needed.
Tiki Times
IF I intended to come back to my blog at all.
In fact, for the past five or six weeks I have deliberated whether to even come back and start writing again, however as soon as I started typing away, the joy of it all came back to me.

So, I will continue to write. It may not be as frequent as it used to be, although I had dropped down to 1 blog a week.
I will still be showing off my clothes, my purchases and my adventures.

There have been a few in the last six months and I will be posting about them.

As for my wonderful followers, If you have waited for me to start writing again, then thank you for your continued support.

Floral Fantastic
